Hi Alexis,
I spoke with you fro a bit yesterday, Joe from Caminito Steakhouse in Northampton. I like your blog very much, in addition to being a chef/restaurant owner, I also serve as a contributing writer/developer of primecutsblog.com which is officially run by my business partner in the restaurant and web guy Justin Levy. You should check out our blog, it is more or less just the random musings of a couple foodies, with alot of my tales and experiences of being a professional chef, we just added a few contributing writers, and we put up the occasional how to video as well. Anyhow looking foreward to next wed.
See you then -Joe
